Hola soy Atlanta, soy ingeniero civil y desarrollo de proyectos mecánicos.

Para todos los buscadores de bienestar, calidad de vida y enriquecimiento personal para alcanzar la felicidad, desde aquí vamos a aportar ideas, entrevistas, audios, videos y todo aquello que nos ayude a mejorar, desde la experiencia de todos los que aquí colaboren y sus conocimientos.

Buscadora de todos los caminos que me lleven a encontrarme conmigo misma y mi bienestar, os llevaré por esos caminos ya recorridos y que os puedan a ayudar, os presentaré a todos aquellos que han sido interesantes e importantes para mi.  No es un camino habitual, ni sencillo, ni difícil,  solo son experiencias rayando temas energéticos, mantras, actualidad en medicina, terapias musicales…. y todo lo que vosotros queráis proponer. He desarrollado y aprendido desde astrología, numerología, mi parte esotérica. Me encantan los mantras, es una muy buena forma de canalizar la energía y conectar con diferentes estados energéticos.  He estudiado por mi cuenta y he obtenido información de bioneuroemoción.  Fascinada con los chakras.

Comencé a intuir verdaderamente con un curso que hice con Pino del Castillo. Me preparé a fondo con Mónica Quintana, genial, y como no con Jesús Acosta, impresionante. Todos ellos certificados del Método Yuen.  A partir de aquí mi particular forma de activar y resolver energéticamente nuestra felicidad.

Cuidaremos de nuestro cuerpo, nuestra mente y nuestro espíritu desde todas las perspectivas posibles.
